We have over 50 trained and experienced technical support operatives based in the UK, giving us a loyal customer base and a well recognised USP.
The Integrity Software Group Senior Management Team have extensive knowledge and experience in the software industry.
Stewart was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Software in February 2009. Stewart brings substantial experience in managing software companies with over 20 years of sales, marketing and engineering expertise at board level along with capital raising and public market listing.
As well as directing group strategy and M&A planning for Integrity, Stewart also directs all group technology decisions.
Previously Stewart was Marketing Director for Business Objects (now owned by SAP), Vice President of MicroStrategy Inc (NASD: MSTR) and CEO of both Validis and OneDoc.
Joe Hanly FCA, was appointed Group Finance Director of Integrity Software in January 2005 and led the management buy-out of the group in July 2005.
Joe has over 10 years experience at board level in the software sector. As well as all matters financial, he has extensive and in depth experience of acquisitions, raising finance, integration of businesses, HR, IT systems and contractual matters.
Previously Joe was head of corporate finance at Penna Consulting PLC and worked with PwC Corporate Finance in Ireland and South Africa. Joe qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) in Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland.
Justin joined Integrity Software in 2007 and was subsequently appointed as Managing Director of the Construction division in 2009. Justin brings with him over 15 years of experience managing sales and marketing functions in the software sector along with a robust track record of coordinating and integrating business functions and units.
Previously Justin was Head of Sales for project and portfolio management specialist Asta Development Plc and was a director at AIM listed Wyatt Group Plc. with primary responsibility for subsidiary businesses Firesmart and Risksmart.
Paddy has over 25 years experience in the software industry covering all aspects of software specification, delivery and implementation. Over the last 10 years Paddy has brought his experience in adapting our software solution to evolving customer’s needs, evaluating business processes to ensure maximum performance is achieved and implementing end to end solutions within the Complex Retail division of Integrity Software.
Previously Paddy was Technical Director of insurance broker system specialist, Relay Systems Ltd and Software Director of Focus Technology Ltd.
Victoria has over 20 years experience in Customer Service delivery within the Software industry. She has a wealth of experience in directing and managing project implementation and technical support teams to deliver first class services to customers running mission critical business management and accounting software across all sectors within Integrity.
Victoria also has many years experience in integrating business acquisitions into Customer Service operations as well as developing Customer Care programmes to enhance our customers’ service experience.
Dr Janet Bastiman joined Integrity in March 2011 and appointed Chief Technical Officer in May 2012 bringing extensive experience in managing development teams to bring in projects on time and to high quality with a variety of management methodologies. She has previously worked for Sage, Nokia and Teleca and has a breadth and depth of technical understanding gained from a variety of industries. Janet is responsible for directing all development technology decisions across Integrity Group.
Janet holds degrees from both Oxford and Sussex with a DPhil in Computation and is a member of the BCS.
